What the heck does that mean? I'm on ebay looking at stuff and some sellers have "sold as is." As opposed to what, sold as it's not? The item is described as brand new. Sold as is makes me then think that it's not brand new. "As is." You mean there's no gold plating on the CD? "As is." How about lunch, does it include lunch? "As is."
