Qualified yesterday after beating Greece 1 - 0.

Also, Holland and Czeck. Republic have qualified.

Ukraine will probably be knocked out in the first round, Holland wont get very far if their team is as weak as the Euro 2004 side, Czech have a pretty strong team.

Did you see the Argentina V Brazil qualifier? Argentina won 3-1
They qualified, Brazil is yet to qualify, but they will soon...

They could. Remember Croatia a couple WC's back? Everyone said they'd be out first round but ended up in the Semis. They have an alright team and as long as they do well they could go past the first.

In general I think Ukraine and Poland are doing damn good and personally fuck all the teams I used to root for I'm sticking to my heritage now.Anyways I expect one of these teams to turn some heads this world cup.

You're jokin right? Semi-finales......weak???? You're right when you say they didn't play that good but this team definitely ain't weak. Some strong young players, we will reach the semi's again, at least, I'm sure of that. :thumb:

Yeah they did play weak, but all they did was try to play the ball to Van Nistelrooy at every chance, no build up play.

Like that Germany game, Germany dominated most of the game and all they were doing is kicking the ball up to Nistelrooy and hoping he gets at it. They have many attacking players..

I know they are a strong team, they have the talent but they don't put a 100% in.

They played weak, true. But you can't compare that team with this team. A lot has changed since Euro 2004. New coach, lot of new players. I'm not sayin they're playing great now, but it's better then it was last summer. PSV and AZ did fantastic things in the CL and UC with a lot of Dutch players. Certainly some AZ-players have proven to be great players. When everyone is fit, it's a good team that could reach the semi's again.
