Seriously though, Virginia may be a nice place for you. There are places where you can party and whatever (I know nothing about them, but I know they're here), the economy (tons of jobs) is good, and its one of the most respected states here in the USA. I'll definitely say its one of the five most respected and richest states. You come here and I'll show how we do things here.

Big Easy is from Maryland, our sister state. Roaches grew up here in Virginia. I think roaches lived in like 5 minutes from where I live. He moved, but I think he still has love for Virginia.

well out of your chosen three I have only ever been to new york, but it was awesome and I'm hopefully going back early next year. i'd go with new york - or put all three choices in a hat and pick one out, the one you pick out is the place you go to

i'd say NY. but then again it depends of what u really want. NY is fun, Toronto is kinda boring. and cant talk about LA i never went there.

i'm sure LA is a beautiful place. i've heard great things about it - but personally, i'd pick either new york or toronto.

the only time when weed is legal if i'm not mistaken is when you are carrying a small amount, and is for your use only.
