Smoker sacked after 45 minutes into new job!

i look at it more like that it is unfair that she was fired after 45 minutes but if the person in charge didnt want her working for him/her if she was a smoker then he should have never hired her, he should have asked and just not hired her, once you hire the person and then decide to fire them it isnt fair.

Good point. She also claims that they never asked her in the interview if she smoked. If she did and lied about it and they found out then fair enough.
