Anywaze, I know it's hard to find out what's going on in Chicago, and where the good parties are, especially for those of us under 21. So, I figured we could use this thread to network and see what's going on around the area.

Give us more options that way when the weekend rolls around

I don't know how it is there, but here, you have to know somebody in the frat to let you in, and they have to have you on a guest list. For guys, anyways. There's an exclusion if you bring like a dozen girls with you. Also, is there more than 5 people here living in Chicago? If not, it's really uneccesary. Just add your msn's and close the thread.

Since when has being under 21 stopped people from going to the bars in Chicago? There are dozens in Lincoln Park alone that will let almost any female with any ID in. Syn, you could probably use a white male's ID and hit the campus area bars.

Beaumonts on Halsted is a great place to go skank hunting about 3:00 in the morning. Most of the women are incredibly intoxicated with no standards what so ever.

Yeah, Harold's is okay, it's a South Side favorite, but I think Uncle Remus has Harold's beat even though it's not safe to go over to Uncle Remus in the daylight or an night

Oh yeah. Uncle Remus is good shit too. You're right about that neighborhood. You better bring a weapon to the Westside even in the daytime. There used to be a Harold's in Uptown on Sheridan that closed in 2002. I'm still bitter about it. The one on Adams just West of the loop is pretty safe, but it closes at about 5:00PM.

that's not true. people who talk shit and act up get popped, but if you're chill and mind your own you're ok. when i stay in the chi it's off of king drive, so there's plenty of places to find some fun. limiting yourself to campus is your first problem.

LMAO, I don't limit myself to my campus, i'm all over Chicago, i'm out South at Washington Park and South Chicago(back when it used to be poppin up there), I'm on the West Side in K-Town and at the Circle, I"m over east at Rainbow, i'm in the hundreds by 103rd and Wentworth and Rosemont.

I'm all over Chicago, lol, I travel outside of Lincoln Park, it's just hard to find something to do when you're not 21, at least for me it is, the only club I really go to is 212 on the River, the Lick is ghetto as all hell now, and the rest of the spots card to hard.

Alright folks, the party two weeks ago was malnurished to start so this time we'll start right off the bat with two kegs. We turned a few away because of this before we got the second keg, we don't want to have to do that again.

UPDATE 17/09/05
So with all the buzz going around we're starting strong with two ML (or similar) kegs. And for some of you, you'll be able to enjoy the 3rd of Goose Island Octoberfest. Come join in the spirit of Oktoberfest



A modest $5 for an open run at the kegs. We're going to donate $1 of every cup purchased towards the Red Cross for KatrinaOphelia. We changed out minds and thought we should get a head start for these guys!



1. Let's keep the porches less crowded this time, don't need another porch collapse incident. Sorry 1st floor, our bad!

yea maybe i need to be all over like u lol i go to the depaul center every now and then tho...if that counts lol or sometimes columbia and loyola they usually got all the parties listed up on facebook tho
