SiGh is new forum staff manager

I'm promoting SiGh to new forum staff manager. He will be in charge of selecting mods for forums and ensuring they do their job; he will also coordinate their efforts in not only moderation but forum activity.

Mods will be not only required to moderate forums but to also lead discussion and growth through the posting of worthwhile threads.

SiGh has the authority to select moderators; he will then report his choices to me for final approval (Pittsey, Sicc and myself have the power to veto) and then they will be instated or removed as he sees fit.

Moderators will soon be allowed to use their Google Adsense code in the forums they moderate to generate revenue for themselves. This is a couple months off to ensure that we develop a worthy staff not just interested in making money off the site.

Alright this is how it will work, most of the mods now, esp the inactive ones will be removed and new ones will be put. If you are interested send me a PM saying what forum you'd like to be considered for and why. If you also think you shouldn't be removed, send me a PM. There are a lot of forums and I want to fill them all with ACTIVE members who will keep the forums ACTIVE with posts/threads and etc.

Seriously, we just want to see a lot of activity back to the forums. Something like had back in the day. The forums aren't lagging now so other than what you call "real life" nuthing else should be keeping you from posting. .

I will take reps and sexy PMs as bribes.
