She also sang a duet with Michael Jackson on his BAD album, the song "I Just Can't Stop Loving You", not to mention SHE WROTE one of MJ's most classic songs, "Man In The Mirror".

My bad, I was never into music from the 80s. They don't even play music like this here. Anyway how come that she disappeared? I googled on her and she did like 1 or 2 albums and that's all. She has a really nice voice.

She's more behind the scenes now. She wrote some of the songs for the movie Dreamgirls, and does backing vocals for a lot of artists like Jessica Simpson.
