please dont take it off, the only thing is that you can easily fake a shoutbox convo unless it's logged, which i very VERY highly doubt. even with screenshots you can easily fake it. so reporting someone and posting a screenshot or an excerpt isn't exactly proper "evidence", if you will.

You cant moderate the shoutbox, and yes it is logged, any breaking of the guidelines will result in a ban.
