should i enter a guilty plea to simple possession of marijuana (8 grams) so they will drop the possession for the purpose charge and give me a suspended sentence..it sounds like a good deal but it think that crown should withdraw it its only 8grams like i told the cop "thats just a joint thats how i smoke em" this is Canada like...i got a weeks dead time in the Don Jail which counts as 2 in pre trial custody...i also wanna get it done with because my other proceedings are gonna be a real headache to take care of

otherwise, if u say ur innocent or disagree with the charges (i.e. a 1/4 Oz. only being for personal use) - they'll defenitely try 2 fuck u over-they like ppl who comply with their views.
Plus, if you plea innocent, then u might have to get a lawyer and all that shit, waste money..bottom line, youll likely waste both ur time and money if you go against them, unless ur famous/have money.

already do have a lawyer... its just the hassle of awaiting trial and getting it over with now..the only way i could beat it is if the cops made mistakes in the arrest procedures..n i dont care to post my problems cuz no 1 here knows me

Do you think you were guilty? I mean if you know you were, then most likely it will be easy for the prosecution to establish it in which case it would be in your interests to seek a lesser sentence. Then again if you genuinely believe you should not be charged with an offence, go not guilty. They already know you're guilty so admit it for a lesser sentence. Can't see the improper search blag working as that isn't really the issue.
Since you have a lawyer just ask him, or any friends you have in law, what to do. People in my high school ended up getting community service then their record was wiped clean, but that was before they were 18 so I'm just contibuting to meaningless replies.
