The family of a Brazilian man shot dead by anti-terror officers on the Tube say those responsible should be charged with murder.

They spoke out after a report was leaked, alleging that police made serious mistakes in the killing of Jean Charles de Menezes.

Looks like the cops made a mistake... look at the pic.. he wasnt wearing a 'padded jacket'

Well the initial eye witness reports state that he was wearing a padded jacket. If you look at the pic you can see they have taken his shoes off. Now if they suspect he was strapped with explosives my detective skill would conclude that they would have taken that jacket off for examination.

the police report says he was wearing a light denim jacket, not a padded jacket.. which is what he has been covered with..
