In a recent interview with BallerStatus.com, Digital Underground front man Shock G revealed that he is currently writing a new book about his former group member Tupac Shakur.
Though the content of the book hasn't been finalized, fans can expect the real stories on some of Tupac's "first-time ever" experiences.
"We got him his first apartment, helped him buy his first car, tag-teamed with him on many of his first groupie experiences, etcetera. I got all the juicy stories," says Tupac's former friend.
Digital Underground was the first group that Tupac was a member of and he gained his first music experiences with them while on the road. Tupac toured with D.U. in the U.S. and overseas in a three year time period which also included the memorable Japan D.U./Queen Latifah Tour.
This year Digital Underground released their final album, ..Cuz A D.U. Party Don't Stop!! The new album is available for purchase at 14,000 retail outlets across the United States, as well as selected online retailers.
