Up for auction is 2Pac's CD promo for Toss It Up issued before the Makaveli album was released back in 1996 only to radio and select promotional outlets. This CD promo features a unique mix of the song, which has a brief intro that is not on the Makaveli album version, clean lyrics and has a different outro than the LP version (2Pac does not diss Dr. Dre at the end of this version). What is so interesting about this release is that as it was pressed before the Makaveli album was released, it reflects the working title of that album: The Don Killuminati: The 3 Day Theory.
