Its pretty dope he is jumping over to sat.radio i just order the new Howard on indemand channel i checked it out a couple times now and it is fucking hilarious everything uncut and uncensored.Also behind the scenes clips and best of clips.Starting in april they will also broadcast his show from sirius on there as well. i def recommend this to stern fans

yea i was a previous XM radio subscriber.

sirius sounds much better than xm since the signal is not as compressed.sirius reception is also superior. the channel lineup also played a part in me switching,sirius has better sports coverage.

I just did some further reserach.. i found out on daily show howards stern going into sirius.. i didnt however know that he wasnt going to be acessible on xm... oh fucking yay.. stupid Hugh Panero.

I bought this unit like a week and a half ago.... sounds like sirius owns xm.. damit!

^^^^^ Not only do they have stern they have shady 45 not that i care much for em but they play busta big pac wutang new obie dr dre and its not just all eminem music on there.also better sports coverage better news and better selection of music in general

bah.. im not too scrwed yet.. i got the skyfi delph w/e the hell with home kit..

i kept recpit and shit.. just tell my friend to keep hold of it and if he wants sirius, exchange the model for the new sirius sporster that comes out on the 7th of jan..

thank god both models are same exact price at my best buy.

I think the new Sport that AightSOn mentioned is going for 250 or so with a 50 dollar rebate, all in all around 200 bucks. Its the walkman version, but im going to be getting that one since i need to listen to it on my bus commute to work.

Sirius is essential to anyone who needs the stern show (ie: me) to get through their day and not want to open fire on all his coworkers for making me wake up at 5:45 am.

Today was Howards last day Krock radio. Im still a bit depressed i didnt go to NYC for the day and try to get a pass to go to hard rock cafe with him and all the staff...Sounds like there were tons and tons of beautiful women there this morning.

I got the delphi skify xm radio reciver with a free homekit.. its worth 199(so yeah 200) but homekit value was 69.99 which i got thrown in (prob for my boyish good looks).

*this is all cdn btw, which is just usd, but more colorful and worth less*

However, im gonna tell my friend that he can exchange for the Sirius sporster reciever (which is also the same price, but comes out jan 7th).

Now cools you mentioned this is the walkman version? I cant open the box, but i thought this was only for on car, or at home (with home kit). iv seen actual like portable versions but liek friggin 4-500 bucks.

And btw, its a bday prsent with like 15 ppl, so aint gotta shell out too much.

And last note, bit of a rant here. dam xm ceo Hugo Panero for losing howard stern to sirius. I bought this on the 2nd, and i hear about it like this week... prob main reason why id rather switch to sirius.. i mean even thoguh xm is leading in base listeners, howards got like a fan base of 18 mil.... CMON HUGO

AightSon, stern might be banned from sirius canada,so you might not be able to get it if you're from canada.(i'll still get it though,i have the U.S version of sirius)

But thats a "might" just like the rumors a year ago that stern might go sirius which is only confirmed that its an exclusive sirius recently *i bought the unit on dec 2nd* guys bdays on 19th..

didnt want to give him a "iou one satellite radio" so i went with best non model. I mean the one to match xm's delphi is the sirius sporster.. whcih oh yay comes out jan 7th 2006.
