Reggaeton superstar Sean Paul was arrested Friday night (August 8) for possession of marijuana, following a performance in Sweden.
According to x17Online.com, Paul, along with several other artists, were busted after being searched by police following a performance at the Uppsala Reggae Festival, one of the largest reggae festivals in the country.
Authorities also reportedly sent police dogs to Sean Paul's room at the First Hotel Linne to search for anything further. It is unclear if anything was found during their search.
The hotel's manager declined to comment on the incident.
At press time, charges against Sean Paul were unclear.
