Rap veteran, Scarface has founded a 7 man group in the midst of the rising scene of the Houston, Texas hip hop scene. The 7 man group known as Green City consists of members Mike Hee, Spark Dawg, Yung Texxus, J. Scott, MJ, G-Ni, and Big Spade. Scarface tried to sell his new acts by stating, "They are on some different shit...I stepped out of the box for Green City cause they bring a new flavor, they just do what they do."
Scarface found his new acts when hearing high school associates of the group's members working out to their music at a gym he was present at, where Face curiously asked who they were, just to find them and sign them on the spot after being appalled about them not already being signed.
To validate his decision on his signees, Scarface began to boast about past accomplishments he founded, showing off how proud he was about the sealing the deal with the new acts. "They have the best presentation I have ever seen for a group trying to get signed... I am the best in the business when it comes to finding raw talent. I brought Chamillionaire, Paul Wall, Lil' Flip and TI to Def Jam, but they didn't bite."
Look out for Green City and their first single featuring Mannie Fresh "Like A Porn Star (Party like a Rock Star)" in the near future on their Brand New Money lp under Scarface's Underground Railroad imprint. Scarface claims the group's first single sums up the group's ideology. "They party 24-7, for them it's just a big ass party, but they get things done."
