Apparently.

One of my favourite cast members.

One of the stars of MTV's Jackass has died in a car crash in Pennsylvania, according to reports.

Dunn starred in all three Jackass films

Ryan Dunn, 34, was killed at around 3am local time, US media reported after speaking to the mother of fellow Jackass star Bam Margera.
April Margera told Fox 29 Dunn had been killed with an unidentified second person.
She said she did not know who was driving the car, and there may have been a third occupant.
The cause of the accident is not yet known.

Dunn filming a sketch with Jackass co-star Johnny Knoxville

A picture posted by Dunn on social networking site Tumblr, linked from his Twitter account a short time before the crash, showed him and two others holding drinks.
The daredevil appeared in the MTV show Jackass from 2000 to 2002 and appeared in all three Jackass films, as well as the 2003 movie Haggard.
During the making of the first Jackass film, he was famously knocked out during a stunt when he was thrown from a golf cart and it landed on top of him. Co-star Johnny Knoxville was injured.

He made a mistake (if he was drunk). Did he deserve to die?

And it's only the media who are reporting he was drunk based on the fact there's a photo of him holding a pint of beer on twitter an hour before the crash. That is a long way from proof. Everyone is so media manipulated it's embarassing. If you get so easily twisted about simple subjects like TV stars, imagine how the media manipulates you with politics and economics.

Lets pretend for a second he was drunk:

Did he deserve to die? Well, since it seems like he didnt give a flying fuck about other peoples life and/or was too retarded to think about the danger of driving drunk, yeah, fuck him. One idiot less.

But it's not far from proof. It's not proof, granted, but it's damning. If he was drunk, the "mistake" of driving 100 mph while tanked (even if he'd gotten home safely) is the moral equivalent of shooting into a crowd and not hitting anybody. Did he deserve to die? Maybe not, but it's no great loss. I'm glad no innocent people were harmed.

Driving drunk is homicidal behavior and it should make everyone angry.

It's nothing like shooting into a crowd.

I don't know what your alcohol limit is in the US. Although I am dubious that walking in a straight line is a scientific test. But in the UK a pint of beer is considered to be below the unsafe limit to drive.

If he was drunk, I still will show compassion. But I will also be relieved that the only people who died were those who were reckless.

Ten thousand people die in the U.S. alone from drunk driving crashes every year. Legal limits are irrelevant, though in New York, it's .08 percent BAC. The science is there. The jury is in. Alcohol impairs your ability to drive and makes you much more likely to kill yourself or someone else. It's a lot like shooting into a crowd. You're not just taking your life in your hands, but everyone else's too. It's a heinous thing to do, and you have to be some special species of asshole to do it.

I dont know what you jackasses are talking about, America has more cases of DUI than any other country in the world. And what do you get? A fine? Banned from driving for a month? Wtf is that bullshit, its all most like its socially acceptable there? You drink and drive in England, you get banned for 3 years. Fix the problem at home before pointing fingers.

Walking a line isn't a scientific test. Using a device to measure the alcohol content in your breath is. See the difference? American testing is (imo) retarded. Unless they have adopted 20 year old technology by now, like the rest of the world, in which case I apologise.

Most people in very rural areas drink and drive. In the cities it has no place. And being a city dweller it is something I would never do, even if I was a country bumpkin. But to those country bumpkins who live miles from the pub, it is normal.

I don't support drinking and driving. I completely agree. But I also possess compassion to those who have made mistakes and ended their own (and others lives). admittedly, if they had killed someone close to me, I wouldn't be so compassionate. But he didn't kill anyone that didn't enter the car with him willingly.

MY MAIN POINT HERE IS - There is no proof he was drink driving. Just here say from a gossip site.

RIP unidentified passenger

You honestly believe he is the victim?

He couldn't have advised his friend not to drive? He was kidnapped? Or did he willingly get into a car with a drink driver. IF HE EVEN WAS DRUNK. The passenger has equal blame in my opinion.

His passenger was his drinking buddy from the bar he was at.

Also, he had 3 beers and 3 shots. But there are conflicting stories on his 'drunkenness' His friends say he was OK, but other people at the bar said he was pretty drunk. He looks pretty glassy eyed in all the pics from that night, but he might have been high :P

Anyway, he was do 130MPH!!!!! WTF, Sober or not thats fucking stupid
