Film & TV Rush Hour 1 or Rush Hour 2

I just saw both the movies again yesterday and I couldn't decide. Both of them have classic moments..so was wondering your opinions.

Better Story?
Better jokes?
Better movie?

Come to think about it, RH2 was more funnier to me. It had alot of jokes and scenes that feed off of the first one.
