I was just listening to this song and I thought of something. When those "best diss song" threads come up, I never see this track mentioned. I think it's a really dope track. When I first heard it, I loved the beat. Not to mention, Royce really kills it. He gets on D-12 and Eminem pretty nice the whole track. Trey Little (someone in his crew) isn't that great, but he doesn't ruin the song or anything. I uploaded it for those of you that don't have it...

That's an ignorant thing to say. Regardless of beef, the track was good. The flow was there, the emotion was definetely there, the lyrics were dope and so was the beat. It's a dope track to listen to, period.

As for the thread, the track is never mentioned among best rap disses because it wasn't a really controversial beef and it did not ruin anybody's career really. If anything, it ruined Royce's chances of having a great mainstream career due to the fact that he wasn't cool with Eminem anymore. It was a beef between friends that included a couple of good disses, and one tiny incident, where Proof and Royce got locked up for a night.

I didn't think the actual disses were that good. Some of the lines were tight, but all he really did was try to make fun of Bizzare because he's fat.

Oh, and not only that, but that line about Eminem not talking to him, like he's actually that popular and has a reason to talk. It's funny when little rappers act as if they actually make money or something.

Would you inform them that the beat was originally used by CNN for their track Bang, Bang which featured Foxy Brown taking shots at Lil Kim.
