I understand that your parents may pay the bills if you live with them but if you live nearby in your own place and your parents pay your bills? thats pretty stupid. If you cant pay your own bills then you shouldnt have your own place. Obviously attending a college in a different city is an exception though. Naturally your parents will help you out in that situation if you cant afford to.
