In my city they have this newspaper called "EL CALEÑO" it has all kind of corpse pictures like people shot in the head , and all kind of freaky stuff like the shit at rotten.com , my question is if this is legal, because this are in fact pictures of real people who died the day before.

What can I do to have that newspaper closed, they dont even have a website or anything but been here more than 30 years.

Pictures are gruesome. Please don't click unless you are prepared for pictures of corpses.

HERE IS AN ARTICLE ON IT, TRANSLATE IT USING BABEL FISH, or just take a look at the pics:

It's like being shown in a newspaper when you're alive. The only difference is you have a big hole in ya head with half of your brain missing.

I wouldn't care if my decapitated head is shown in a newspaper because I would be dead. I wouldn't mind a picture of my brother being shown either, because his face would be badly deformed and I wouldn't recognize him.

Death is real and I don't run from it. I embrace it.

Do you think the world be a different place if they showed the images of (for example) people killed in Iraq during the evening news? I mean every detail. The eyes popping out from being in the Tigris river for weeks or millions of maggots crawling on a dead Iraqi.
