1. Blackmail is illegal.

2. Claiming fraud when you admit no fraud took place is fraud and is illegal, and therefore will get you in a whole new pile of shit much bigger then being banned on a message board. But hey if this board is your whole life and you dont mind risking the rest of your real life on it, go ahead and do it.

3. I dont have to reply to any of your emails if I dont want to, thats my choice. However, I was out of town when you emailed me, and did just happen to respond to your earlier today before seeing this. Let me quote my reply to your email here incase you dont get it.

Quite clearly, no fraud was committed. You made a choice to donate, you made a choice to sign up to VIP knowing full well it would not stop you from being banned if your broke the guidelines, yet you chose to get yourself banned. Neither Jon nor myself were at any fault, no fraud was committed as no misrepresentation was committed on our part at all. Fault lies entirely with you.

Now as I see it you have three options, try to post well under this new account and become a functioning member of our community once again, or continue to break guidelines and get your IP banned. Thirdly you could simply just leave the board quietly and avoid further humiliating yourself.

The choice is once again up to you as it has always been.
