The BTNH track seems to have no similarity to "Runnin" OG version. Is it just me or am I right? Where/whats the sample about it?

1st of all, your right. All Real doesn't sample Runnin at all. And then, all those songs besides Ambitionz Az A Ridah and Enemies With Me are already sampled from artist way before Pac.
