I am so good at being able to tell when someone is lying. This being such an occasion. You are only 19. This is like Militant having a $300,000.00 home.

Acctually you are not good at telling if somoene is lieing. I live with my Dad, Mom, Sister and Grandma. I live in a co-op. The rent is about $1,000.

yeah, but you and like 50 members of your extended family live there

Yeah my grandma lives with us too. It's 3 bedrooms, 1 washroom. It's decent. But we live in a co-op. We don't own the place..

ok, but how much do YOU pay. "You" being the key word

to answer the rest of eric's question, one bedroom, one very small bathroom, w/d hook up, dishwasher, fridge that is about as old as i am, closet doors that are hanging on by like one bolt, some outside window screens that dont close all the way and lizards get in there and hang out. but hey on the bright side my rent will be 895 coming nov:sad:

Don't believe me? Fine. I can easily pull up a search to show you when I bought it and how much for, and records to show what it's worth now that it's gone up in value. However, I'm obviously not going to want to make my address public. Let me see if I can take a screen grab and blur out my address in Photoshop.

Current valuers estimate that prices have gone up £20,000 in my area in the last two years, and that's from a actual valuer, not newspapers or media stories. So let's estimate a worth of £165,000

Bingo.

Big Sleazy, I suggest you clean the jizz out of your eyes before you go accusing people of lying. I think you have a complex about how someone younger than you can be doing so well, especially when I've done it through music on my own terms. Your comment about "you are only 19" reeks of envy.

As I have just proved, I was actually UNDER estimating when I said $300,000. Yes, my sister has a vested interest in the house too, but we both put down the same amount for the downpayment.

It's true...

I have several properties that I own. (pay the mortgage on).

The cheapest is valued at £155,000. It is absolutely tiny. The lounge is 12feet square. The largest bedroom is 10 feet square. The kitchen is 7x5 feet. And the other bedroom is 7x7 feet. All that is left is a tiny bathroom and that's the whole place. Yet it is worth nearly $300,000.

In the UK property prices are extreme. So I believe Militant completely. I mean look at the tiny flat I have for $300,000. The house I looked at last week was going for a million US dollars. And it wasn't huge. 4 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms. The only downside was it was next door to my parents.

Also... None of these propeties are inside London, where it is way more expensive... The house was near windsor (where the queen lives). And the flat is in an area called Langley.

But if you wanna rent the flat... Or a similar property I am in the process of buying... I'll let you have special SH rates. $1600 a month.

Here's a link to a similar property in the same area - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-12017564.rsp?pa_n=3&tr_t=buy

P.S - What the fuck have I just typed?

It's true. You would be lucky if you found a nice condo/apartment down here for about $250 - $300 thousand, since Vancouver is hosting the 2010 Olympics, housing is getting really expensive for home buyers, even ppl that are renting complain about how expensive living costs are.

Lol, why do you always defend yourself if someone is accusing you of lying about something? Just ignore it, no?

I have every right to defend myself. My entire moral and ethical nature is built on good principles and pursuit of the truth. So, when someone accuses me of lying, it's like a slap in the face of everything I work for and believe in. I'm not getting angry about it, and most of the time I will ignore it, but at the same time I will make people look stupid when they accuse me, by presenting facts and evidence.
