Its kind of stupid. I had Absinth a week or two ago and they lit it up at the bar... Ermm... You're not supposed to light Absinth "to melt the sugar" you're supposed to do the opposite and pour ice cold water over the sugar.
Dumb asses, but what else can you expect from Australian bars who refuse to put vodka in the freezer because "it might freeze"?
