release date?

i must be honest, i haven't kept up to date with the live 2 tell project. i only know that it is a story about a drug kingpin (who wants to get out of the game?), that tupac wrote it, and that someone is making a movie out of it. it's safe to say there's no release date for this movie as of now since filming hasn't even started, but has there been a word at all about what can be expected?
