anyway all im saying is that i dont want the Probation award to go out because the reason is wack as fuck. and i cant say this based on fact but i feel that he is doin this because people actually voted for me which i personally didnt even expect.
Rukas aint even responded to me even tho i know he has seen it since he's posted in this thread so thats soft.
also, how much can he be against people on probation when he just made two people on probation mods. (food for thought)

Saint and AmerikazMost put their hands up to help out and make an active and positive contribution to the board, that is why they will get to mod that forum. It's not, from what I can tell, about being "against" those on probation, but rather not to reward them for it... there is a logical difference there I think. The suggestion for a 'most improved' not restricted to members on probation seems like a fair compromise though.

2 of the people modding these awards agree with the idea of a most improved award to for those on probation once on probation or were once almost on it or something, so why there will not be one makes no sense? all though it doesnt bother me because i wont win it anyways since im not on probation. but, are the people running these awards or is rukas? i mean if rukas is setting everything in stone and not leaving it up to the 2 mods and super mod in charge and the members. i dont see what the point is i mean that makes it sort of dictatorship like. if thats how it will be why not svae the trouble and rukas jsut selects the winners lol. jk bout last sentence but it looks to be like that.

^^ I don't agree with a probation award either. From what I read neither does Amara. So if it was down to us there still wouldn't be an award.

But you are confused, Saint and Amerikaz are just modding the forum, they're not running the awards. They've put hard work in and are rewarded with a mod position, although temporarily. The award catagories have to be approved by admin though, no biggie, why does anyone get pissed off? Probation is an award in itself, for dick behaviour. Why give people on probation the attention they crave?
