i got a tape with rare tupac tracks but its on a tape it has like startin at my rearview 2 and alot more rare shit but how do i get it on to my computer

The only way I see it if you have a stereo in which it can record cd's or an ouptup from the stereo to your computer but I am not familiar with it.
