Rapper Ju-Ju, a member of Hip-Hop group The Beatnuts, was arrested in Stockholm, Sweden on Thursday (December 13) after a performance at a nightclub called Annelie Akerstedt.
A fight broke out with someone backstage, after the group finished performing, according to a Swedish newspaper.
JuJu, born Jerry Tineo, denied having anything to do with the assault and he blamed lax security for the altercation, which was considered a minor offense by officials.
“That’s pure bulls**t. The security did the job they are supposed to do. They didn’t let anybody backstage who wasn’t supposed to be there. They intervened quickly and called the police, exactly as they should,” Debaser’s managing director Annelie Åkerstedt said.
