Rape vs Murder

to me the major thing that makes rape worst than murder is that dudes that rape do it for pleasure/thrill/adrenaline that type of shit. Whereas murder, thats USUALLY not the case.
And the fact that alot of rapist are repeat offenders is sickening, and that shit just needs to be dealt with more harshly.
Yo u can throw a dude in jail for 25 years for what may have been a mistake that they've regretted every second of their life afterwards (not always the case)
but a man that went out and hurt somebody for his pleasure and used his power to take advantage over someone that may have been much weaker then em, and is likely to do it again will be released into society much much quicker?
