Can anyone tell me what you do after you pay these people? i bought a cd last week, an i got a receipt from paypal, and there is a link with it saying "finishyourbiz@aol.com" so what do i email these dudes, is it my item number?

nothing, you just wait for the cds. If they run out of the cd, they will tell you.
Sometimes you receive an email saying that your album has been shipped, but most of the time you don't, so don't sweat it if you don't get one.
