Film & TV Random Playoff Thoughts

Instead of making a thread for every dunk and play you guys see, this thread can serve for everything. I will start it off.

The Sixers truly surprised me in the first quarter. I did not believe that they were going to come out with so much energy. I almost thought the Sixers were going to win the game. But, I knew they couldn't keep it up throughout the game and I knew Detroit wasn't going to suck so bad. Detroit proved to be the better team and blew out the Sixers even after Iverson and Webber had superb games.

What else, I remember NBA Analysts saying how the Mavs had an answer for McGrady(Howard) and nobody had an answer for Dirk. Look at the stats now. McGrady was untouchable and Dirk, suckable. I still label these series a total tossup though, because Dirk is coming back up strong with 30+ FG attempts next game and more defense for McGrady.

Indiana....Pathetic. Boston younguns surprised me, no doubt.

Why not? Indiana is definetely winning the series. I find it hard to believe that people are picking otherwise.

Well i dont see the point of discussing this but the phoenix suns are the best team in the nba without an arguement. Stevie Nash aka Kid Canada is mvp. Amare is amazing.

^I didn't see it. I thought he played well, up until his injury. The game was great, until the Wizards screwed up in crunch time. Really bad decisions. It seems like Eddie Jordan didn't call any plays the last two minutes. Unless the play was, "Give ball to Arenas or Hughes, try to score."

As for today, I am extremely happy. Indiana won, even though they fucking sucked, and Houston won. Kobe who? Look at the way McGrady plays. I see a broomstick dwelling over the city of Dallas. Van Horn, career choker, I knew he'd fuck up. Finley, you just don't have him shoot it. It's always been Nash or Nowitzki making the game winner, Finley always missed in the playoffs.

I don't think so. Houston is playing better ball right now, imo, especially considering the opponents.
