R.I.P. Tupac Shakur - June 16, 1971 - September 13, 1996

Man. almost missed it. Thx to this thread I'll open a bottle of wine right now.

Got to be honest. I'm kind of over it now....

I have over 100 gb of non-retail tracks.... About 200 cd's, Tapes and Vinyls... And I never listen to them....

I will forever be grateful for the soundtrack to my teens... And it's a shame he never fufilled his promise.... But he wasn't my family and I have no personal connection... My life has gone on (to quote a track)...

But....

RIP... I'll find something underplayed to put on tonight...

I don't bump Pac much lately but I've never gotten tired of his music, that's for sure.

Pac all day today though.

Today is a good day on radio & tv.
MTV Jams has been playing all Pac songs. Hot97 has been playing Tupac. Alyssa Milano tweeted about Pac..lol.

RIP Pac..

That's a lot of music not to be listening to.

I remember looking at the calendar on that day and thinking, "This is the day he got killed". I didn't do anything in particular but, I did look back at all the years of me listening to his music. I'm much older now, don't listen to his music as much as I used to 14 years ago. The best thing is that his music still sounds better than some of the music put out today.
