You never really here (at least me that is) about R&B classics. You hear it alot in Hip-Hop and some other genres but not in R&B why is that? Also what are some of your R&B classic CDs?

Yeah I know what you mean, seems people tend to give more attention to the latest rnb meanwhile a lot of classic tracks and artists, which are what new stuff is based on, gets forgotten. I dont know too many classic albums, but a few great songs are:

Play that Funky Music - Wild Cherry
Get up offa that thing - James Brown
All Night Long - Lionel Richie (kinda cheesy, but I like it, lol).
