who is he talking about in each verse of "soon you'll understand"???

and is the girl hes talking to in the first verse of soon you'll understand, the same girl as the girl in the second verse?

i always thought the first verse in you must love me was his mom...but then he talks about selling her crack! i cant believe his mom was on crack....let alone him selling it to her
