When I say tha songs have no bass, i'm meaning they have no low bass notes that you can feel in your car. If someone said a song like "Pac's Life" had bass i'd say no because that song has very high bass notes which you cannot feel in your car.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic with tha "hecka loud", but, yeah tha bass on there seems to be pretty good and low.

Tha basslines may be great, but you cannot feel tha bass in Pac's songs at all. Pac didn't have tha bass played low in alot of songs. Watcha Gonna Do OG is an xample of a song with very good bass alright.

If you listen to songs Pac appeared on like 4 Tha Hustlaz, Million Dollar Spot, & Gotta Survive, you will tell that those songs have great bass.

I listened to all this stuff on my cousin's stereo system and he payed over $600 for his subs, so he has an xcellent system, believe that.

A lot more goes into how your stereo sounds than just how big or costly the subs are. I only spent $300 for my two 12" kicker cvr subs, but all the other shit on top of that (the type of woofer box, the amp -and how it's set up-, the quality of the wire et cetera), they're all as important, if not moreso, than the subs in the "feeling" of the bass. 2Pac hits hard for me, low bass, mid bass, high bass.

No offense, but you don't know what you're missing...

i dont think you understood me, as far as noticable bass they all do, if the bass is popping out and fucking obvious then it probably doesnt coordinate with the drums as well as it should. anywyas what i meant by felt was not felt like bumping at your chest like retards who turn there bass up mega high in there car, i mean felt as in if you listend to the song then listened to it without the bass youd have a feeling somethign was different but cant really place it. the bass should jsut compliment the drums.

not to mention he's comparing retail (mastered) songs to unreleased songs (unmastered). a mastered song will ALWAYs have more depth and definition than an unmastered, however that being said most unreleased death row era songs are good enough to achieve a nice image from. if you have poor rips, then it would make sense why you're not getting lower extension.

But you've pretty much answered my questions with this comment, Subs!! Music isn't supposed to be blasted with the bass knob turned up. That is for crappy music like Drum and Bass. You should try and appreciate the sounds not drown it out so people can hear the B-line as you drive past. That in my opinion is people wanting to look cool.

But you know what, that isn't what I think, or what many others will, when people drive past blasting their music.

I'm not saying all I wanna listen to is bass, i'm saying it'd be nice to put on AEOM and to have some good bass on each song, but tha only song with low deep bass is Ratha Be Ya Nigga. And no, I don't listen to these songs with poor q stereo equipment. Tha woofers, tha amp and everything is very high q.

I'm coming to a conclusion that everyone thinks good bass is bass that is really high so you can't feel nothing. Listen to Gotta Survive, that song has great bass.

I think you guys are misunderstanding me. I'm asking why did Pac rarely use low bass in his DR days, which is what you feel, you don't feel high bass.
