My old roomate was messy as fuck and never cleaned. If you are a clean person and dont want to clean up after ppl dont get a roomate. Fuck roomates, live solo.

but what i might not of stated its not going to be in a small house and it is also with 3 other friends not just 1 if that makes any difference. but anyway thanks for the opinions
