NO! That is Shock G's remix. It is fact. The laughing isn't supposed to be there, it's a tag! The OG is as I stated, the 3:07 one, with only 2Pac.

There is a version The Governer did (2Pac wrote the sog for him) that he released on The Governer's Taxin' in 1992 (cassette only I believe) on that, Gov did the verses, while Pac did the hook (Why'd you slang crack?)
