i know this is a very premature question, but how do your feel about hillary running for pres in '08? Also, id condi ran against hillary do you truly feel that hillary would beable to take her down? .................just some things to think about

Anyways, it should always be the policies over the person. While many might point to Bush as an example of this, well those who dislike Bush tend to be disgusted by his policies so there you go.

McCain is the man I wanted to win in 2000 (and I'm a Democrat), but he will not run in 2008. He'll be about 78 or 80, making him the oldest President ever (even older than Reagan). The chances of McCain running or winning the support of the party are slim. Look for Guilianni or a lower profile Republican in a high position to run.

If Hillary ran... I don't know if I'd vote for her. It depends who she's running against. If she's running against Rice, there shouldn't even be a question in your minds - vote Hillary. At least Hillary has a mind of her own. All Condi does is serve a "Yes (wo)man" to Bush. I saw a poster a freshman in my school made about important black women in American history, and Rice was on there. I threw up in my mouth. Just watch tapes of the 9/11 commission, she doesn't know shit. The only reason she's having any success across seas is because she's a bitch and can spill out as much bullshit as those other leaders. She doesn't do anything herself, and she has basically none of her own knowledge. She only knows what's told to her right when she needs to know it. She does not have the ability to run this country.

I hope it's Obama (although it's probably too early for him) vs. McCain (even though it;s probably too late for him). That way I can't complain about who wins.

Rice won't make president. First woman AND first afro-american president at the same time? Nah. And certainly not on the conservatives' list. I don't see it happening.

I think Hillary Clinton will be a decent president. At least i can imagine the US going on a more subtle course on foreign policy with a woman in charge instead of a cowboy.
