When exactly did Noble start rollin' with tha Lawz and Pac. He wasn't on the full Outlaw track "When We Ride" or any songs on All Eyez On Me (except for the Secretz Of War OG which supposedly was suppose to be on the album) and he wasn't on the other full Outlaw track "Made Niggaz". Was he only there with the Outlawz time after time or somethin' or did he alwayz take to long to write verses/ or mess up on his recording too much?
