Question about Dogg Pound - Stop Lyin

Was listening to this again today, and I am curious, who do you think this song is about? Anyone in particular?

Its definitely about somone in my opinion, as they say "we aint gotta get specific"

Lines such as:
"Yeah, the nigga rentin' Benz's, and Phantom's, but the shit ain't yours"

"Man, he never ever bust a gun, he never talked that shit
Don't know if he from Blood or from Crip
but always bang that shit"

and there are many other stabs and its not saying "you niggas" they say "nigga", so its at one person, not in general.

The one line which made me rewind back a few times was

"Broke with no ends, that what you get
motherfucker when you lie to your friends
Like Curtis, there's million stories
All that jibber-jabber won't bring ya no glory"

Now, im not 100% sure Daz says Curtis, but it sure sounds like it, lyrics on the net quote it as "I heard it" but thats defintely not it.

Any opinions? If it is indeed 50 they are taking stabs it would be strange.

Although, he kind of dissed them a while back when DUBCNN interviewed 50, and asked about "DPG-unit" with Snoop and Daz (pre re-union) and 50 replied with something like "nah, i dont know about that, thats just me and snoop"

Daz may have taken this as a diss?

I doubt it's about 50.

If I had to guess about the Curtis line it might refer to something Curtis Mayfield did or one of his songs.
