Question #2

physiotherapist. thats who you need to go to see about that injury.

you know when you did do squats? What weight did you lift. i lift about 100lbs. Im not sure if thats enough. i find it tough so i guess it should be ok and i havent got access to one of those racks. i lift the barbell straight from the ground, over my head and onto my shoulders. it lmits the weight i can lift for them.

you really have no idea what a physiotherapist does. Of course it will cost money and if it's your decision if you wanna do it or not, but inform yourself before you you judge. A physiotherapist doesn't hand out pills.

u didn't ask, man. Bobby said physio and you said "all they'll tell me is 'yeah its hurt, you owe us $600." .... that's not asking. Anyway, physio is more like massage and/or exercices to strength/protect certain areas.

god damn it

i was workin out today and i had an exercise ball between my feet, raising it up and touching it [to work the lower abs] and i pulled something in my neck/shoulder area. at first i thought it was shoulder because i had been working out my shoulders today so it made sense, but ever since, its only been my neck region hurting. i left very soon after realizing lying there on the bench in front of everyone, holding a bottle of cold water on my neck, wasn't helping. and was prolly making me look retarded. i figured i wouldnt risk injuring it seriously by continuing to work out...
back at it tomorrow, body allowing.
