if the car is registered to the son, then the mom has right to it because he's not 18.

the step-father fuckin bought it....does he not have the rights to it??? or is this the part where the father gets fucked over by the law cuz his ex-wife is too weak to support herself so she has some say in the guy's life as well??? that's what im asking

if he gave it to the son, then he has no rights to it.. it all depends who's name is on the registration

is it the son's biological father or not? if it's not, then there's no question.. if it is, then it would come down to guardianship issues i believe
