I’ve been conversing throughout the day with Matt Farrow. Apparently he has been developing a PSP Emulator for your PC which will ultimately run on your Xbox. The emulator is responsible for emulating the PSP BIOS and firmware. The firmware has been totally rebuilt from scratch using source graphics and audio.

Lastly, PSPEmu is able to boot PBP files. Matt Farrow claims he is able to boot an ISO loader and with a couple of tweaks load an actual ISO - only at 4fps though.

I heard of being able to download games to a 1gig stick then play them fine on a PSP. So my question is, how the fuck did they hook up a UMD to a PC in the first place?

I doubt they did, UMB > PSP > PC.
