Problems with 'Chain Reaction' CD

I just received the Enhanced CD of Cuban link's Chain Reaction and it's protected against unauthorized duplication so i can only play it with this programm that opens automatically when you play the CD on the computer. You can copy the tracks in that programm and then the songs play like they should in media player, real player etc. but if you play the songs directly off the CD the songs play fucked up like a scratched up CD.
I also can't play the ripped songs on my mp3 player ?!?

Does everybody have this problem and if so, can it be fixed or not since it's protected ?

just get a good ripping program like audiograbber , that should do the trick , or try a program called dbpoweramp
