Pro Evolution Soccer is the most realistic football game there is.

A lot of my mates prefer Fifa & talk about how PES doesn't have all the real names & shit, btu really, if you're more interested in the names than the actual gameplay then you're retarded (as I tell them regularly)

Everybody buy this shit & realize you're playing the greatest football game ever made.

Don i specifially remember you asking, and this is the game you were waiting for. Pro 5 won't be out in the states until 2006 Febuary, same time as this one. So go pick it up, its 39dollars. Really blows Fifa out the water. Concerning the names, just edit the English teams names. They have the Spanish, Italian league official names.

Here is my review on this game.I just bought it and its alright.i thought it be more exciting and shit though but overall its really good.

graphic wise-its really good.faces are nice.names cant really see unless you zoom in the camera.

ball control is not really good.its same as one in fifa2003 you kick and you have to chase lol.maybe im missing some trick to keep the ball in my fit.perhaps somebody will teach me that trick.

shots,passing,crossing and other things like that are good. you can make some unbelieveble passes, you can pass on ground through like 3 different and have forward receive it and with one touch he can cheap it over golie and score or strong shoot.

players are running unbelievebly realistic, its almost like you watching the real game.

Fouls-almost every time i slide tackle i get fucking yellow card.wtf.thats bad refering.

only problem im having is shots. i press on X button and sometimes it cheaps and sometimes it shoots weak shot. how do i shot strong shot. i know its X button but do i hold it or use other buttons.


overall i'd rate 9 out of 10.

Practice makes perfect.

The longer you play the better timing you will attain with your sliding tackles.

You will also get used to the shooting in PES, just takes a little practice.

As for keeping control of the ball - I don't know what you find difficult here.

Why are teams names fucked. Man U name is Man Red and Arsenal name is Norther london or something. i dont even know rest of the teams names to change to real names. somebody help me on that. like in Premiership theres team Nextbaumedge and has logo but i have no idea what team is that.

i was looking for Man U half an hour and then i realized names were wrong or old school names and then i changed some of them but i cant change them all.

that has to be one of the downfalls of this game that teams names are like that and also some teams like Man U and Arsenal uniforms looking nothin like real uniforms. just red shirts with no logos and nothin on front. i guess thats not that important as long as the quality of game is good. but do you not get pissed of to whoever made this game that he did uniforms like that, not realistic. i guess he said he'll make good quality of game but bad features like unrealistic uniforms. thats fucked up. you might as well finish the job and do it the best. whoever made it im sure he could've easly made realistic uniforms. well, im bitching too much about uniforms. lol.

I don't know if you've played the PES games before but many of the names remain the same eg. Froibaad has always been Kluivert

Mostly im good at names and teams but there are some teams and players like in france that i dont know of. i basically updated English,france and German teams from online.

why is it in seria A you have all the teams have realistic uniforms and in other legues like in English premierlegue you dont have realistic uniforms, just t-shirts.(my fav team is in italy which is Juve and that dont affect me much but still its weird).
