i missed this show since i was away, but what songs did he play?

i know i could have checked Prince.org. i know he played the first single and Purple Rain at the end,. how long was the set for?

They played "Te Amo Corazon", "Fury", "Purple Rain", and "Let's Go Crazy". it was sick as hell.

Militant i aint got any of his albums but ive always thought his music was cool, and im defo gonna check out his albums, so give me your opinion on his top 4 or 5 albums. please.:thumb:

stefan - Start with 'Purple Rain' - his biggest-selling and most popular album, make sure you get the movie as well.

Then buy "Sign O The Times", his prophetic and eclectically astounding double CD masterpiece from 1987.

I would then suggest you pick up "Dirty Mind" from 1981, and "Parade: Soundtrack to 'Under The Cherry Moon'" from 1986.

Then, buy the triple CD set "The Hits/The B-Sides", and continue on your own based upon which songs from there you enjoy the most.

I did read your review on the ORG aswell from what you said best thing since LOVESEXY!! mmh, very promising..

ive only heard Black Sweat and Te Amo Corazon from the album so far this Lolita track sounds interesting... i like the Dirty Mind and 1999 Prince so anything from that style i will be :woah:

knowing prince he may try and sell of the BRIT performance on NPGMC as it has Lisa and wendy on, a hot favourite for fans.

Stefan what songs of Prince have you enjoyed as that way we would have an idea what albums you may be into...
although 99% of his fans would say anything from the 80s.. even THE BATMAN sdtrk is funky
