Posting images

Why can't I post up images to the forum anymore?

I noticed that I can't do the simple copy/paste for a while now.

Worst thing is, I go to post up an image in Picture Perfect and the 'Insert Image' icon is gone completely!

What's happening mods, sort it out please.
