Thank you. We're pretty close, it's about a 15-20 second walk to get to the sand. Thankfully, we were able to get a corner place, so there weren't any obstructions blocking our view of the ocean. There are five of us dogpiled into three rooms in the top of our duplex. I have my own room though. But don't get it twisted, this isn't my permanent home. I'm in my fifth year of college, and I figured for the last one, I might as well do it big in Newport Beach with some of my closest friends before I have to be a real grown-up.
