If it was blood that would be fucked up in a major way.

If it was like a sister in-law or somethinng then that would be fucked up too, but not in the same league as the previous one. And in this case, I'd just have to decide what seems like the best course of action. I could envision myself telling her husband/my brother but then I could also envision myself keeping quiet if I thought it was some one-off mistake she'd made.

And most of the family doesn't know about what's going on, her sister did found out though, she thinks it's gross and DOES NOT want to know anything about whats going on.

I didn't think it was.

That is a weird 1 though, if you grow up together then you are pretty much brother or sister. But if you're like 13 when your parents marry, I'd have no problem with it.
