in december a guy was killed in a football (soccer) match by a police officer, he was surrended with his hands up, and.... the Special Forces Cop just hit him with his gun and it went off in the back of his head.

Millions of online hits on the shaky video to start with, and it looks like some people have their minds made up already. Stores and cars were damaged in violent protests. Civil rights groups are all over it. A huge settlement is on its way in a civil suit and the mayor of Oakland has directed the police to conduct a criminal investigation while the resigned cop is receiving death threats.

Am I the only one who thinks the Cop who shot him should be locked up right now. When someone commits a murder, innocent or not, they are locked the fuck up until trial. Why should this cop be any different. Instead they got him in some witness protection type bullshit. Should it matter that he is a cop? It bugs me.
